Hillsborough County’s Development Services’ Net Park Satellite Office processes all contractor license applications for Hillsborough County, and all municipalities located within the county. This includes new contractor license applications, applications for reciprocity from or to another jurisdiction within the State of Florida, and registration of State Certified (Florida) contractors.
